Sometimes we will not be able to fulfill your order. Typically, this is due to a stock error or that we were not able to pick your order before a customer bought it. Another reason could be theft which is something we only discover upon stock count or when picking orders. Fortunately these are not big problems, but sometimes we do not have the items even though it says so in our systems. We do ask for your understanding. If this happens we will check with our suppliers. If it is obvious that you have ordered a set we will try to ask you before shipping the remaining items or suggest an alternative. We will never send an alternative (style or size) without checking with you first. If you have paid by credit card your money will be refunded within a couple of days. If you have chosen invoice the item will not charged on the invoice.
